Returns for Damaged Products

• We accept returns only if the product is delivered damaged or defective.
• To qualify for a return, please share an unboxing video and inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, you may choose a refund or a replacement.

Size Issues / Alterations

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues.
• However, we provide free alterations to ensure the perfect fit.
• The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to us for alteration and return.

Custom Orders

• All custom and made-to-measure outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
